The Platform is strictly restricted to adults. Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple Accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate Accounts discovered will be closed. Balances and winnings associated with duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.
Accounts are for personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account. You must not act as an agent or nominee for any third party when using the Services.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your password or one-time passcode (OTP) with any other person, including kr666 support agents. We will never request your password. Any unauthorized access to your Account that results from a failure to maintain credential security is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized Account access.
As part of our KYC and AML obligations, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal functionality. Verification is standard procedure and does not imply any finding of wrongdoing.

We reserve the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that we reasonably suspect to be connected with fraudulent activity, AML breaches or other violations of these Terms. Users whose transactions are declined for AML-related reasons will be notified to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, game contribution rates, minimum deposit conditions, bonus expiry periods and maximum cash-out limits. These terms are published alongside each individual promotion and are incorporated into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonuses credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and whether it applies to the bonus only or to the bonus plus deposit amount will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, any winnings derived from bonus funds remain subject to the applicable conditions.
During the period in which a bonus is active on your Account, you must not place individual bets exceeding the maximum bet limit stated in the applicable promotion terms. Placing bets above the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings, at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if we determine, in our reasonable opinion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, staking patterns inconsistent with genuine gaming activity, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other activity designed to exploit promotional terms.
Bonuses and free spin credits that are not claimed or utilized within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Users are responsible for tracking the expiry dates of active bonuses on their Account.
All bets and gaming activity on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market type or casino game. These rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Once a bet has been accepted and the relevant event has been settled by the Platform, the decision is final subject to the dispute resolution process set out at Clause 8.4 below. kr666 reserves the right to void bets where there has been a manifest error in the offered odds, market data or settlement, including but not limited to technical errors or data feed failures.
kr666 reserves the right to impose individual Account betting limits, maximum payout caps and market-level restrictions at any time, without prior notice, as part of its standard risk management operations. Such limits are not discriminatory and apply across User cohorts as part of standard operational practice.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement or account transaction, you must contact our support team via [email protected] within seven (7) days of the relevant event or transaction. We will investigate the matter and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.
Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including where we reasonably determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or AML-prohibited activity, are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or where required to do so by applicable law, regulation or competent authority.
Where an Account is terminated for cause (i.e., a material breach of these Terms), any Account balance may be forfeited following completion of any applicable KYC and AML checks. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach, any confirmed genuine Account balance will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all open bets will be settled in the normal course and any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable conditions. Requesting Account closure while an active self-exclusion is in place follows the self-exclusion procedure separately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed and registered. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any subsequent legislation or provincial regulations relating to gambling activities.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms which cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.
kr666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice published on the Platform.
Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.2.
